In Bezzia we like to cook meatballs and there are already several recipes that we have dedicated to them, being meatballs with spinach, meatballs of cod and those in carrot sauce which have been most accepted. Today, we add to these recipes one more: meatballs curry.
Curry meatballs have an exotic spot that does not have the previous ones. Both the meat dumplings themselves and the salsa, include curry powder, a mixture of spices typical of Indian cuisine that give the dish flavor and color a lot of color!
Prepare the meatballs have no mystery and the sauce we propose today is one of the simplest we have prepared. Remember that if they are many for you you can freeze the meatballs both once fried and cold and in the sauce.
